In the united states, epidemiological reports have recently pegged cultural anxiety disorders as the third largest mental problem in this nation, after depression and alcoholism. It's estimated that about seven percent of the population suffers from a 13-14 percent disorder. Social anxiety is a heavy thing to deal with because it is a mental health condition in which social interactions cause irrational anxiety, fear, self-consciousness, and embarrassment. Social anxiety disorder, sometimes is referred to as social phobias, is a type of anxiety "that causes extreme fear in social settings. People with this disorder have trouble talking to people, meeting new people, and attending social gatherings. They fear being judged or scrutinized by others" (Social Anxiety Disorder). which makes it impossible for them to socialize. Entry # 9 The Food industry Down Side

The food industry has brought many advantages to the world, but it has also had its downside. This image represents or indulges the downside that processed food has on its consumers. It states that "processed food is easy to advertise and satisfy hunger"; it refers to fast-food restaurants like McDonald's, Wendys, Water burgers, etc. They advertise to attract consumers to consume their products by promoting their food and giving out specials. It also states, "but it's time we recognize," which refers to when people should start noticing or opening their eyes to pay attention to what they are consuming; not everything is as good as it may seem. Then it ends with "its dramatic harm on all facets of society." which refers to processed food and the negative side of consuming this type of food.   The book got adapted to a slightly different movie from the movie, but both are amazing.  Rachel Chu is a teacher at NYU teaching economics where; she met Nicholas Young through a friend of hers, and since then, they have dated for 2 years. So Monday, Nick decides to invite Rachel to his best friend's wedding in Singapore for her summer vacation. But things did not go as he expected; he would soon find out what his family was really like. Soon as his mother, Eleanor Young, found out he was bringing a girl home, she got private investigators to get background information on Rachel. She wanted to know who she was going against and if she was worthy of being Nick's girlfriend. Eleanor came to form a wealthy family, but her husband's family was considered an outsider even here. Having access to food is not an issue since Grocery stores are at their disposal whenever needed never thought of how the food gets in the grocery. Food is essential to survive, but not all kinds of food come from different parts like farms. Some are exported from different countries, and others are grown in people's back yard. And some are chemicals, fertilizers, antibiotics. In the film, Fresh is discussed of the differences between processed food with chemicals versus organic food free from chemicals. Stating that  food is healthy when it's free of chemicals leads to better access to bacteria, which creates a better environment. For this,  organic food is better and healthier since it has no chemicals added.    Also, they emphasize that "we find something that works well we keep it but does not work on everything," giving the understanding that people use this that works at the moment but is not effective for the long run.
